(a) The purpose of this organization is to support, aid, and promote the Marching Knights Band and its components at East Ridge High School.

(b) Provide, acquire, own, buy, sell, trade, rent, lease or otherwise deal with musical instruments, uniforms, written music, transportation and other related service for the East Ridge High School Band program. 

(c) Solicit and accept gifts of money or property: conduct sale of rummage, candies and other lawful merchandise: perform various and assorted services for hire: and conduct any other legal fund raising activities:all profits from activities which shall be paid into the Band Parents general treasury for the above stated purpose.
